Our ice cream is all-natural and super-premium, which means no overly-processed additives, and with both high fat content and low air. Unlike most ice creams on the market, ours is vat-pasteurized, meaning it is cooked at a lower temperature for a longer period, and we tend to use less sugar than other companies. We use local and organic ingredients whenever feasible, and are proud that our ice cream comes from an incredibly sustainable creamery.

We try our very best to avoid junk like artificial and natural flavors, food colorings and dyes, high fructose corn syrup, mono- and diglycerides, trans fats, vegetable fats, and hydrogenated oils. Our cones, cookies, sodas, hot fudge, and everything else are all made with the same principles. Our packaging and disposables are made from biodegradable sources, and we donate 1% of our sales to groups that work to preserve the environment and the global food system.
